What customers will receive

Servicing for removing the existing faucet or garden tap and installing the new one.
Service fee includes labor cost only.

Servicing duration: 30-40 minutes (depending on the installation area)
Customer shall prepare the product for the installation.

This is a professional faucet/garden tap replacement or installation service from HOMEPRO. The service will be carried and performed in accordance to trusted and high-standard procedures by our qualified technical teams of experts that have been certified for their specialized technical skills and knowledge. Rest assured, you will receive premium and safe service with satisfying results.

Service Procedures:

Inspect and recommend the areas or positions of installation
Uninstall the faucet/garden tap ( in case of replacement)
Install the faucet/garden tap
Recheck and run the operation test and the leakage after installation
Hand over the completed work to the customer along with providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
- Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
- Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
- Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.

1. Products eligible for discount can only be in the faucet or shower group. Only products in the Indoor category can be used for discount exchange; Outdoor category products are not eligible for discount exchange
2. Eligible trade-in must be in the following list:

3. The products for discount exchange do not need to be of the same type (limited to facuets and showers). For instance, customers can bring products from the faucet group and exchange them for a discount on product form the shower group.
4. The products used for the trade-in must have all original components, both internal and external, regardless of their functional state.
5. HomePro will provide a discount in the form of a HomePro Wallet equivalent to the discount value received. This will be issued once HomePro successfully delivers the new product, and the customer delivers the old product to any HomePro branch within 30 days from the purchase date.
5.1. Customers can bring old items to HomePro to receive a HomePro Wallet at any HomePro or Mega Home branch nationwide.

  5.2. The company reserves the right to cancel the HomePro Wallet exchange privilege for customers who fail to deliver old items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  5.3. The Trade-in for a Better Life campaign, the company reserves the right to deny the return of old products after they have been handed over. The products will be properly processed and recycled to create Circular Products.
  5.4. We reserve the right not to grant a discount in the form of a HomePro Wallet if the type of product delivered does not match the type of product specified by the customer.

Remarks

For faucet and shower products, installation and expansion drilling costs are not included. Customers can purchase installation and expansion drilling services according to HomePro standards, and removal of old products is free of charge. HomePro's technician will remove the old products on the installation day.
In cases where the installation point and removal point are not the same, customers will be responsible for additional removal expenses according to Homepro policy (for more details on the installation terms, please review the product detail page).
