Also, the product is processed through high-standard manufacturing system, ensuring best quality. Plus, the unit inhibits growth of bacteria for safety. It is ideal for using with water resources such as rain, ground water or water supply.

Properties
Activated Carbon filter traps any contaminants such as chlorine, odor and unpleasant taste.
Adds silver ion to inhibit growth of bacteria for hygiene
Reduces chlorines, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Trihalomethanes (TTHMs), heavy metal and bacteria.
Reduces small particles such as soil, sand, algae, plastic and large particles.
Comes with additional tools for convenient installation

Do not operate the unit while water flowing
Do not rinse the filter cartridge as it may cause clogging.

This installation is carried and performed by qualified technical teams of experts. Service Procedures

  1. Inspect and recommend the areas or positions of installation
  2. Properly install the whole-house water filtration system along with new wiring and waterworks connection, using high-standard tools.
  3. Recheck and run the operation test after installation
  4. Hand over the completed work to the customer along with providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  4. In case the worksite height exceeds 3 meters, an additional charge of scaffolding will be applied.
  5. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  6. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
