1. For 7 Day Replacement Guarantee. In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. The customer must return the product with all accessories to company such as box, ice basket, ice shovel, installation kit.
2. Do not remove the blue protective film due to 7 Day Replacement Guarantee. If not, the company reserves the right not to exchange or return the product in any case.
3. The warranty not include repairs to parts or systems resulting from unauthorized modifications made to the appliance.
4. The warranty not include damage resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God.
5. The warranty not include damage resulting from misuse, improper installation or wrong maintenance
6. The warranty not include damage resulting from moving or delivering without care.
7. The company reserves the right not to upgrade or change product to another model. The company will guarantee the product with the serial Number that matches the sales information from the system only.
8. The warranty not include damage resulting from user.
9. The company does not have a return or refund policy in case the customer is not satisfied with the product, the purchased product is not in use. In case of dissatisfaction with the product, please contact the customer service to acknowledge the customer's problem.
