This concrete bonding agent from SIKA is emulsion synthetic rubber which is free from toxic substances. The bonding agent can be applied on surfaces/structures that comes into contact with drinking water. It prevents the accumulation of dampness and ideal for various jobs including plastering, concrete leveling, etc.
