This will be issued once HomePro successfully delivers the new product, and the customer delivers the old product to any HomePro branch within 30 days from the purchase date.

Qualification Criteria for Receiving the Discount
1.Eligible products for discounted exchanges do not need to be of the same type. However, they must be products listed within the category of the small appliances

2. The products eligible for trade-in for discounts must be electric-operated and must have 150 watts or above.
3. The products used for the trade-in must have all original components, both internal and external, regardless of their functional state.
4. For customers who purchase products online or wish to deliver old products to HomePro at a later date, HomePro will provide a discount in the form of a HomePro Wallet equivalent to the discount value received. This will be issued once HomePro successfully delivers the new product, and the customer delivers the old product to any HomePro branch within 30 days from the purchase date.
4.1. Customers can bring old items to HomePro to receive a HomePro Wallet at any HomePro or Mega Home branch nationwide.

4.2. The company reserves the right to cancel the HomePro Wallet exchange privilege for customers who fail to deliver old items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
4.3. The Trade in for a Better Life campaign, the company reserves the right to deny the return of old products after they have been handed over. The products will be properly processed and recycled to create Circular Products.
4.4. We reserve the right not to grant a discount in the form of a HomePro wallet if the type of product delivered does not match the type of product specified by the customer at the point of sale.
