AIR CONDITIONER REMOVAL

What customers will receive

Servicing for removal of old/existing air conditioner unit (For customers who purchase new air conditioners from HomePro along with installation)
Service fee includes labor cost only.
180-Day warranty
Servicing duration: 45-60 minutes
Customer shall prepare air conditioner unit (has not been removed)

If you are having difficulties uninstalling or removing the old, worn out and unused a/c unit, simply use our air-conditioner uninstallation/removal service from HOMESERVICE by HOMEPRO. The service will be carried and performed in accordance to trusted and high-standard procedures by our qualified technical teams of experts. Rest assured, you will receive premium service with satisfying results.

Service Procedures

Inspect and assess the condition of the existing air-conditioner
Safely remove/uninstall and fill up drilled holes with wall putty
Recheck the service area for safety after work completion
Hand over the completed work to the customer along with providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.

Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date

In case the worksite height exceeds 3 meters, an additional charge of scaffolding will be applied.
Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
