Warranty and delivery terms

1-Year structure warranty from the date of receiving the product (in case of manufacturing defect).
7-Day replacement warranty from the date of receiving. HomePro will send the product to vender for checking. If any defect is found, we will send the new product to you within 15-25 days.
The product is not eligible for return and refund (except the product is out of stock).
If any problem is found after 7 days or 1 year, maintenance of the product shall be carried out first. If the product repair is deemed impossible, new replacement of the product will be offered instead.
