4. In case the worksite height exceeds 3 meters, an additional charge of scaffolding will be applied.
5. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
6. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or individual on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
7. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
