MEX's water heater allows you to shower with your desired temperature. The water temperature can be adjusted to suit your body and weather conditions by turning the temperature knob which is located at the front of the heater. Apart from that, this water heater features ELCB that will automatically terminate the operation when current leakage is detected.

Comes with water inlet valve for water pressure adjustment. (Includes 2-year warranty on the product and 5-year warranty on the copper heating tank)

Service Procedures

Inspect and recommend the areas or positions of installation
Properly install the tankless shower/water heater to the existing connections of water supply and power source.
Recheck and run the operation test after installation
Hand over the completed work to the customer along with providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
- Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
- Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
- Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
