The built-in sink from METRIX is made of NUOVO+GRANITO from Italy that combines the strength of natural granite and acrylic resin for scratch resistance, impact resistance and long-lasting durability. The high heat-resistant material integrated with Silver Ion substance to inhibit bacteria growth and accumulation for user’s hygiene. It comes with sink strainer to prevent drain clogged. You can enjoy preparing ingredients and cleaning after cooking in your home kitchen.

As installation of a kitchen sink can be very challenging, you may end up facing possible limitations, such as overcharged service fee, safety risks, and incomplete service. Homepro offers kitchen sink installation that will be carried and performed by our team of experts who are certified with technical skills and with criminal record checked.

Service Procedures

  1. Inspect the position or area of installation (The sink must be installed higher than a drain pipe)
  2. Removal of the old sink (If grease trap/interceptor exists)
  3. Install the kitchen sink
  4. Install sink faucet (The faucet must be provided by the customer)
  5. Recheck and run the operation test after installation
  6. Clean the area and handover the completed work along with providing suggestions

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
  • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
  • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
  • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  1. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  2. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  3. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
