TOA's skim coat is used for sealing cracks on surfaces to give your walls a smooth and beautiful look. It is easy to apply by hand, providing excellent adhesion on the surface. Plus, it can be applied repeatedly without cracking. The skim coat is easy to use just by mixing with water. It is suitable for thin coating on concrete in order to conceal or repair imperfections such as air bubbles, small cracks, hairline cracks, and sand grain on the wall and ceiling.
