Terms and Conditions
Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
In case the worksite height exceeds 3 meters, an additional charge of scaffolding will be applied.
In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
