Questions about earning and redeeming points
How can I earn HomeCard points?
You can earn HomeCard points when shopping at HomePro, The Power, MegaHome and all participating partners. Every 30 Baht spending, earn 1 HomeCard point following the conditions (please see in Terms & Conditions). The points will be automatically credited to your account next day.
Will my HomeCard points expired?
Yes, HomeCard points get expired every 2 years excluding the year that the first payment is executed. The points will be terminated at the end of second year, e.g., the first payment started in June 2017, all points will be terminated by the end of December 2019.
How can I redeem HomeCard rewards?
You can redeem the reward by point via HomeCard application, customer service counter, and cashier at every HomePro and MegaHome branch. Please note that it is mandatory that HomeCard holders must redeem the reward by themselves at the stores. The HomeCard holders need to present either of the following documents for verification: HomeCard card, HomeCard ID or registered phone number, along with ID card in which the name of cardholder and the name in ID card must be aligned. After redemption, points cannot be reimbursed at any cases.
What if I lose or damage my HomeCard?
Currently, we have stopped issuing a physical HomeCard. Members can use registered phone number, ID card number or HomeCard number in HomePro LINE official instead.
Questions about tier benefits
What is QF point?
QF point (Qualify point) is member status upgrade points at the end of each year adjust from regular tier to prime/prestige tier or adjust from prestige tier to prime/regular tier.
Can I use QF point? How?
QF point cannot be used for redemption or discount. It is a tier point (no value). This is calculated by every 30 baht purchasing = 1 QF point, excluding point transferred from credit card, other partners, points earned by promotional sales, or bonus points apart from standard points (30 Baht = 1 point).
How are tier levels determined?
  • Qf point ranges from 1 point ≥ 9,999 points The customers will be grouped in regular level.
  • Qf point ranges from 10,000 points ≥ 19,999 points The customers will be grouped in prime level.
  • Qf point ranges from ≥ 20,000 points The customers will be grouped in prestige level.
Can QF point be decreased?
Yes, by product return (points returned resulting point decreased).
Can QF point expired?
The validity of QF point lasts for 1 year and expires at 31 December every year. The points will be re-calculated on 1 January every year.
Can the prestige customer in 2021 without any purchases have been made in 2022 still be prestige?
The customer can still retain prestige status until 31 December 2021. On 1 January 2022, the customer tier’s status will immediately be changed to regular level.
Can prestige customer always be a prestige customer?
The customers can only remain in prestige level if they have QF points more than ≥ 20,000 points. If the QF point is below 20,000 points the customers tier status will be changed to regular level.
Prestige customer has ≥ 19,000 of QF points on 31 December 2021. On 1 January 2022, what tier of this customer would be?
On 1 January 2022, the customer tier status will be changed to prime level.
Can prestige customers in 2022 receive the benefits from 2021?
If the customers have never used any benefits during 2021, these benefits cannot be used in 2022.
If the customers have never used any benefits in 2021 and their tier are changed to regular level, can the customers still receive prestige benefits?
The customers will automatically receive regular level benefits. The benefits cannot be transferred and collected for the next consecutive year.
Customers who are prime in 2021 did not make any purchases. Will it still be prime in 2022?
Customers will be prime until December 31, 2021. As of January 1, 2022, customers will be tiered to regular immediately.
Will prime customers be prime customers forever?
Customers will become prime when they have QF point 10,000 points ≥ 19,999 points. If QF points are not reached, customers will be tiered to regular immediately.
This year prime accumulated QF point as of 31.12.2021 at ≥ 9,000 points on January 1, 2022. Which tier will the customer be?
As of January 1, 2022, customers will be regular.
Will prime customers in 2022 get the benefits from 2021 or not?
The privileges could not be used by next year.
In 2021, prime customers have never used the privilege. In 2022, the tier will be adjusted to regular. Is the privilege still available?
No, they will be adjusted to regular tier immediately.
Prime customers in 2021 accumulated QF point ≥ 20,000 points as of 1.01.2022, which tier will customers be?
Tier will be adjusted to prestige immediately.
This year regular customers accumulated QF point as of 31.12.2021 at ≥ 10,000 points on 1.01.2022, which tier will the customer be?
Customers will be upgraded to prime immediately.
Regular customers in 2022 will be eligible to use privilege from 2021 or not?
Customers will receive regular privileges without rolling over next year.
Regular customers in 2021 accumulated QF point ≥ 20,000 points as of 1.01.2022. Which tier will the customer be?
Customers will be upgraded from regular to prestige.
Regular customers purchased products since mid-2022, accumulating QF point ≥ 20,000 points. Will they be adjusted to prestige immediately or not?
They will be adjusted to prestige as of January 1 in next year.
Customers use points to redeem discounts or various products. Will it affect the customer’s QF point or not?
It does not affect the customer’s QF point because it is a point used as a criterion of tier adjustment. However, it will affect when customers return products. HomeCard points for QF point must be returned as well.
Can customers check their own QF point or not? Which channel?
Customers can check through the HomeCard application.

How many group of store benefits?
There are 5 groups, namely, food and beverage group, hotel and tourism group, shopping and lifestyle group, health and beauty group and Home related group.
How can I see the details of these benefits?
If you would like to see the benefits of these 5 categories, you can read them via HomeCard application and HomePro website. The benefits of montly recommended shops can also be viwed through HomePro Thailand homepage and HomePro Line Official.
How I can redeem the benefits from stores?
You can claim the benefits through HomeCard application and use at the stores.
If the coupon was redeemed but did not use it at the shop then the period expired, can I keep it and bring it to use this coupon again?
This coupon cannot be used because of promotion period (coupon expired).

HomeCard membership status has no expiry date, but HomeCard points expire every 2 years excluding the year that the first payment is executed.

Where can I download HomeCard application?
HomeCard application is available in both iOS and Android system. Search ‘HomeCard application’ in App Store or Play Store to download.
How can I scan to acquire privileges via QR code?
Choose ‘scan’ on the mainpage to scan privilege’s QR code via camera or upload QR code image from photo album.
How can I perceive that there is a quota left for each privilege?
You can easily check on remaining quota left for each showing privilege in the application by yourself.
Am I able to trace my redemption history back in the application?
Yes, you can trace your redemption history back by yourself in HomeCard application by:
  1. Access to “coupon” on toolbar to check out your redemption records.
  2. Access to “history” on toolbar to track your used-up privileges.
How can I add other member card to the account in the HomeCard application?
  1. Press ‘my card’ right under the member status on the main page.
  2. Select ‘add card’.
  3. Fill in card number and press ‘add’ or scan front side of the card.
  4. If the card ID exists, it will be automatically added in your ‘My Card’ profile.
How can I transfer my HomeCard points to other partner cards?
You are able to transfer HomeCard points to other partner cards through HomeCard application.
  1. Click ‘more’ on the bottom right of homepage.
  2. Choose ‘transfer points to partner’.
  3. Choose available partners.
  4. Type card number and fill in expecting points for transferring.
  5. Choose ‘yes’.
